Our designers at Fulkrum started by redefining their identity. To represent the human side of their work, our team developed a new logo and brand system that strikes a balance between approachability and professionalism. We even created a custom purple squirrel mascot that represents a candidate’s uniqueness and the idea of finding the “perfect fit” for companies. This playful yet polished brand asset has become a cornerstone of their identity and can be found scattered around the website.

Messaging that Moves

To further acknowledge the “human” side of their space, Purple Squirrel Advisors needed a website that speaks to prospective clients. As part of their rebrand, we rewrote the content of their website, sharpening clarity and purpose to ensure that visitors understand what Purple Squirrel Advisors is about, how they do things differently, and why their work matters.

In addition, we worked together with the client to add a new section to the website, case studies, which highlighted Purple Squirrel’s role and social proof on how they find the “true purple squirrel” for job placements. This resulted in a confident, knowledgeable, and human voice that puts prospective clients and candidates at ease.

The website redesign consolidates all visual and content elements into a seamless experience that works across all devices and platforms. Clean navigation and a straightforward layout guide visitors to key sections, while the mascot appears in a subtle, branded way to reinforce identity and memorability, leaving every page feeling unified, polished, and purposeful.
