The Challenge
Co>Op Connect was experiencing difficulties with prospect acquisition, user experience satisfaction and brand strategy. Formerly known as Recas, Co>Op Connect is a nationwide co-op advertising database developed by the Local Search Association (LSA) that for over 35 years has been connecting buyers and sellers while empowering the business of local.


The Strategy
We repositioned, renamed and rebranded their company to Co>Op Connect and provided user experience consulting for the redevelopment of their online database application. To support their complex sales process, our team conducted a service audit and created sales materials, videos and presentations to educate prospects on their service offerings and online application.






Education is Key
To support their new and current subscribers, we built the Co>Op Connect Knowledge Base, a comprehensive website with service tutorials, user guides and downloadable forms. This online resource provides their subscribers with 24 hour access to information and support, as well as forms that can be filled out digitally.



The Results
Since the launch of the new brand, website and application, Co>Op Connect’s lead generation and user experience ratings have vastly improved and helped facilitate new partnerships with media advertising agencies and associations.
